Today is May 24, 2019 -
I am sorry for the sins we have committed against you this past year by:
being too aggressive with our solicitations.
bothering you too often, with our recruiting.
sending you too many e-mails.
spelling your name incorrectly.
missing you on the honor roll.
allowing you to feel marginalized.
not supporting your organization enough.
not being pluralistic enough.
serving you cold chicken.
seating you in the back of the room.
bringing in a speaker who was too liberal.
bringing in a speaker who was too conservative.
not returning your phone call quickly enough.
not putting you on the committee of your choice.
not thanking you enough.
For all of these transgressions, and I am sure a few others, please forgive us. With the New Year, we hope to be better.
Yom Kippur starts Tuesday evening. Wishing everyone a g’mar chatima tova–a good final sealing.
