Leading up to the holiday of Shavuot, we enjoy embracing the traditions of feasting on dairy and wheat by making blintzes. You will be guided through making the crepe-style blintz wrappers, the cheese filling, the assembly and the fruit syrup to finish the dish. You can choose to cook along, or just watch and cook at another time. The cost is $15 per screen. Participants will be provided a shopping list, a materials list and recipes for the class.
