Rabbi Mordechai Rubin stated: “The Colonie Jewish Festival is a celebration of our shared heritage, community spirit, and the timeless values that unite us. We welcome everyone to join in a celebration of friendship, learning, and joy.”
Chana Rubin, a co-director added: “When a community gathers to celebrate its traditions, culture, and faith, it strengthens the bonds that connect generations and inspires a brighter future for all. As the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, taught: “A little light dispels a great deal of darkness.”
The festival aims to bring that light through community, culture, and meaningful connections for people of all backgrounds.
