HAVURAH VATIK October Zoom Event

11:00AM

Virtual Event

"Making a Village": Bracha Bloom and Martina Zobel share their vision and efforts to create an intentional community for Saratoga Springs.

Bracha and Martina have been vision partners for five years, working to bring a new take on the best of Moshav-style living to Saratoga Springs. Living in intentional community can make a profound difference in quality of life for its residents. Come and explore this interesting and increasingly popular idea.

What would it be like if you really knew your neighbors? if you had community dinners once a week? If necessary machines and tools were owned collectively and resided in a Common House Tool Library?

What if all this was actually affordable, local, and on a bus route? On 5.5 acres between Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa, this vision is step-by-step becoming a reality. Havurah Vatik in the time of Covid: Bring your own lunch;
pajama bottoms welcomed; coffee or tea suggested. Nothing supplied but valuable information, exchange of ideas,
opportunity to "see" friends and acquaintances.
