Pittsburgh, Poway, Jersey City, Monsey and now Colleyville...unfortunately one of the most frequent types of threat that the Jewish community has faced in the United States since 2018 has been that of the active intruder, or what is known as an "Active Threat".  As Rabbi Cytron-Walker noted, "Over the years, my congregation and I have participated in multiple security courses from the Colleyville Police Department, the FBI, the Anti-Defamation League, and Secure Community Network.  We are alive today because of that education."

Please join us on Wednesday, February 9 at 7:00 for an Active Threat training webinar led by:

  • Bill Hayes, CSI's Westchester/Bronx Regional Security Manager, a CRASE(The Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events) certified trainer and the former Bedford, NY Police Chief.
  • Kathleen Thompson, CSI's Training Specialist, a CRASE certified trainer and retired NYPD Counterterrorism Trainer.
