On August 29th at 2:30 PM, Congregation Shaaray Tefila is hosting a free self defense/karate seminar at 68 Bay St, Glens Falls.

Michael S. Berkowitz is a 6th degree black belt training in Shukokai karate for 39 years. He is the Chief Instructor for the United States and official representative to Japan for the Yamada-Ha Shito-Ryu Shukokai Karate-Do Union.

Ages 12+. Vaccination cards will be required. Please refrain from attending if you feel ill or have a fever.
