Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York (JFNENY) is hosting its annual Super Sunday phonathon on Sunday, March 14. Money raised, as part of this fun-filled, high-energy day, provides life-saving humanitarian relief, breakthrough programs for all ages, and sustains Jewish community today and for future generations.
On this day, Super Sunday callers will reach out to friends, neighbors, and other community members to raise funds to serve vulnerable populations and support Jewish life. While callers typically volunteer in-person, this year, callers will be doing a phone-from-home campaign while participating on a live Zoom with other volunteers to stay connected. The outpouring of generosity inspired by this day of personal calls makes a difference all year long.
A gift to JFNENY touches more Jewish lives than any other organization in the world, providing critical relief to those most affected by the pandemic, PJ Library subscriptions for home-delivered Jewish books for local families, virtual resources to support individual learning needs in local Hebrew schools, food, shelter, and medicine for vulnerable communities across the globe, strengthening our partnerships in Israel, and so much more.
Super Sunday volunteers and organizers request that community members answer their calls to help those most in need and keep the Jewish community strong, vibrant, and flourishing—locally, in Israel, and worldwide. To make a donation, visit www.jewishfedny.org/give.
