Rachel Gershon Rourke, MEd, has been teaching for the past 25 years as an elementary educator, mentor, instructional coach and, more recently, an American Achieves National Fellow. A dedicated lifelong learner and avid reader, Rachel is also the custodian of her community’s Free Little Library. Rachel has had the privilege of presenting at the international OPPI Learning Festival, Co-Created Bring Your Legislator to School Day for the state of New York, advocating policy makers for a deeper understanding of the needs of our students and educators.
