As Executive Director, you will work in partnership with our Rabbi and Director of Congregational Jewish Living, as well as with our lay leadership, office and facilities staff, members and community partners, across all areas of synagogue operations.
Our synagogue’s collaborative leadership model provides an ideal work platform for an experienced executive who has the ability to draw upon their excellent leadership, project management, supervisory, finance, membership development, volunteer management and/or donor stewardship skills.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a field relevant to this position, be knowledgeable about Jewish practices and culture and have the demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills necessary to successfully support our Congregational mission and members now and in the future. Knowledge of software and other applications to enhance our operations are a plus.
