As Board Chair of the Jewish Federation, I’m honored to share an exciting initiative shaping the future of our community. This week, leaders from 15 partner organizations are gathering to discuss a topic that unites us all: Life and Legacy.

Life and Legacy empowers individuals at all income levels to become philanthropists through legacy giving. The Jewish Federation of Northeastern NY provides crucial funding, training, and strategic support to Jewish organizations—including the Federation itself—all working together to build endowments. This collective effort ensures a strong, vibrant Jewish community for generations to come. It’s just one of the many impactful ways the Federation strengthens our region.
