This morning, JNS published a misleading article regarding our Israel Emergency Fund, and donations we have made to the Brothers and Sisters in Israel group.

The article, entitled “JFNA’s $6M donation to ‘Brothers’ in Israel exposes fraternal disunity,” heavily insinuates that Jewish Federations are funding its sister organization Brothers and Sisters in Arms for Democracy, a political group that opposes the judicial reform and has been very critical of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Nothing could be further from the truth.
