The Executive Director is the chief administrative employee of the Congregation. The Executive Director principal responsibility is to implement the policies set by the Board of Trustees. The Executive Director reports to the President of the Board of Trustees. The Executive Director is a member of the Congregation’s central function team, which includes the Rabbi and The Director of Congregational Jewish Living. The Executive Director consults and collaborates with the Rabbi and the Director of Congregational Jewish Living concerning the religious and educational life of the Congregation, coordinates with them on administrative matters. The Executive Director is the vehicle for the implementation of all synagogue management processes including fiscal and administrative affairs and is the person through whom all congregational activities are arranged and coordinated.
