Leadership Training

Empathy, Communications, and Coaching (ECC): What Jewish Leaders Need to Know in a COVID/Post Covid World. David Liebschutz returns to lead this handcrafted and customized program to hone and strengthen communal leadership skillsets. Topics for this course deal with three areas integral to leadership: emotional intelligence, communications, and coaching: Empathy -- January 31 and February 7; Communications -- February 28 and March 7; Coaching -- March 21 and March 28. Each session will begin at 7:00 p.m. and location TBA. The cost for a sponsoring organization is $100/participant and each partner organization may nominate two candidates.  Nominations are due to KB Goodkin by December 10, 2021.

Learning Programs for Partners

We provide workshops presented by scholars, experts, and Jewish professionals from outside our local community. Any member of a local congregation or agency's staff/board may participate.

Trainings, workshops, and lectures

If you or your organization isn’t sure yet of the kinds of tools your board, staff, and lay leaders need, using already built workshops and tailoring them to specific needs for each department is an easy start. Jewish Federation will be happy to provide these workshops for your organization!
