This Speaker Series is a fundraiser for Mifgash, a Jewish Community High School Program bringing together teens from different Jewish denominations across the Capital District to study and socialize. Through discussion-based classes that apply Jewish values to current topics and holiday events, our students strengthen their connection to Judaism and to each other.
“Professor Asal elicits emotional responses from his audience. He makes you have "ah-ha" moments, and the learning is almost experiential.”
