Tu BiShvat is also known as the birthday of the trees. A seder is a symbolic meal in which we reflect on nature at different seasons. We will eat different fruits and foods in celebration of the important role trees play in our lives.
This year, we will celebrate the trees of Israel, especially the Almond tree, which is the first one to bloom in Israel, by making crafts and almond-flavored treats and planting seeds.
