Background

Jewish leaders desire training and ongoing support as they address the social issues and challenges of our time. Though many have developed leadership skills through educational institutions or field experience, on issues relating to identity, belonging, and Jewish Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, many do not feel prepared or empowered to influence change in their organizations and spheres of influence. That is what the JEDI Leadership Program sets out to do. 

Purpose / Mission 

The JEDI Leadership Certificate Program trains and certifies Jewish lay and professional leaders in Jewish organizations by increasing JEDI leadership competencies, providing a national network of support, and JEDI Leadership coaching as organizations build a multiyear strategy. Registration opens: Wednesday, November 1st, 2023 -- Registration closes: Monday, January 18th, 2024
