Every year, Jewish Federation of Northeastern NY’s LAB Center for Learning and Belonging offers workshops presented by scholars, experts, and Jewish professionals from all around our local and extended Jewish community. We offer basic lay leader onboarding sessions to coaching, facilitation, and brand building training initiatives.  Our goal is that all our local organizations should have skilled, knowledgeable, and forward-thinking leaders and we will do all we can to help with that! Additionally, the LAB supports our local partners to resource share, grow, and ensure modern best-practices whenever possible.
