Member Services Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our office team as a Member Services Coordinator.

The responsibilities of the Coordinator include assisting all visitors to the Synagogue by providing polite, professional, and cheerful interactions in-person, over the phone, through social media and by both paper and electronic mail. The ideal candidate will work full time and support clergy, management and the marketing team with office tasks such as answering and directing calls, sorting daily mail, and maintaining filing systems as well as targeted notification efforts to acknowledge milestones, lifecycle events and upcoming Temple Israel programs.
