The Ropes Course Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the challenge course, including course inspection and maintenance, equipment inspection and maintenance, program documentation, and facilitation. The Supervisor oversees a staff and guides them to safely run camp's rock wall and high elements, zip line, and low ropes obstacle courses.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Obtain certification - training provided
Physically able to assist with preparation, hauling of equipment, cleaning and maintenance of ropes course materials and elements
Exhibit outstanding organizational skills
Strong leadership skills
Manage emotions appropriately and professionally in high-stress situations
Ability to function effectively and work cooperatively with peers
Self-advocacy skills to seek assistance from others when facing difficulty
Outdoor Education background a plus but not required
